Sick Season Must Haves
The most important way to prevent sicknesses from getting into your home is to have a good disinfectant spray that you can use to disinfectant the surfaces in your home frequently. I try to disinfect high traffic surfaces at least once a week. When I had kids it became very important to me to have a disinfectant spray that was effective without all the harsh chemicals!! I found the BEST disinfectant spray. It’s just as effective as bleach without all the harsh chemicals. It has Hypochlorous acid which is actually the same substance your immune system produces to fight infection.
